∙ Software Engineer at Ekta Flow Chicago, IL. Jan, 2019 - Present
- Designed and developed firmware for the Espressif8266 chip in C for data acquisition from sensors, over-the-air updating, gesture recognition via light sensor, mqtt communication, and remote procedure call for remote commands to embedded device from the web.
- Designed and developed firmware for the Raspberry Pi using python for controlling and synchronizing eight industrial cameras, python-opencv for image post processing, and reading values from ADC modules.
- Developed sql queries to port over and map deprecated MySQL database schema to new Sigmachi.org database schema.
- Designed and developed a Windows Installer using VBScript and developed batch files to run VBScripts for pre-Windows 7 machines for a robot controller program.

- Prototyped internal project management software using Meteor.js for backend & React.js for front end.
- Analyzed prototypes using Abaqus for Finite Elements Analysis (FEA) and compiled report for structural and material improvements from results.
- Researched, 3D designed, and fabricated custom plastic covers for light fixtures using Autocad Inventor, vacuum formers, and laser cutters.

- Analyzed flight data recorded from pixhawk using MATLAB to evaluate real world aerodynamic performance.
- Programmed the Pixhawk for flight stabilization for an experimental delta-wing drone.
- Prototyped a custom circuit using arduino mega & open-sourced the C code which converts PWM (RC) signal into an analog signal.

∙ Won company wide coding contest
- Developed a novel solution for the shortest Javascript function to identify leap years from a given array[years] that beat out solutions from Senior Developers.

- Fixed a bug within the PX4 (AutoPilot stack) group’s pyulog functionality to output logs to kml properly.
Leadership Experience
∙ Lead coach for FIRST Robotics: Chicago Knights #1739 & Lego League: 3P0 #45861 : Chicago, IL 2019 - Present
- Lead and organized taught elementary school kids in robotics design and programming to win Award to the 2019 Lego League challenge in the first year of the team’s inception.
- Taught in weekly Java + Python programming, CAD, and fabrications sessions for highschoolers to complete the First Robotics Challenge.
